Auto Detailing Company Policy

Welcome to Danny's Mobile Detailing! To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, we have outlined the following policies for our auto detailing services.

1. Service Standards: We strive to deliver high-quality auto detailing services with care and attention to detail. Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle upon service completion to ensure satisfaction.

2. Liability for Pre-Existing Conditions: Our team is not liable for any pre-existing scratches, dents, or damages found on the vehicle prior to servicing. A pre-service inspection may be conducted to document the vehicle’s condition.

3. Post-Service Visibility / Uncovered Damages: We are not responsible for damages that may become visible after the vehicle is washed or detailed, such as previously hidden scratches, rust, or paint imperfections.  Dirt and grime can often conceal damages such as scratches, chips, or blemishes. These issues may become visible after the detailing process. We are not liable for such pre-existing damages revealed after cleaning. 

4. Personal Belongings: Customers are required to remove personal belongings from the vehicle before the service. We are not liable for any items lost, damaged, or left behind.

5. Delicate Areas and Materials: While we take care to avoid damage, certain materials (e.g., loose trims, fragile fabrics, or worn paint) may be at higher risk during the detailing process. We are not liable for damage to these areas.

6. Weather Conditions: We are not responsible for environmental factors (e.g., rain, dust, or debris) affecting the vehicle after service completion.

7. Appointments and Cancellations: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or adjusted services. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

8. Payment and Refunds: Full payment is required upon completion of the service. Refunds are not provided, but we will work to resolve any issues if informed promptly.

By using our services, you agree that Danny's Mobile Detailing LLC is not liable for any damages or issues that arise after the service is completed. Thank you for trusting us with your vehicle!
